Collaboration & Fees
AEVA does not sell fixed packages. We are an intermediary local presence in Montenegro: we represent you, introduce trusted partners, negotiate on your behalf and coordinate on the ground. Our compensation is structured around that role — clearly, in writing, before anything begins.
We do not own venues, kitchens or banquet equipment. Everything we arrange comes from carefully selected external partners.
How We Charge
Every engagement is documented in a short letter of agreement before work begins. There are no hidden margins, no undisclosed referral fees and no markups on partner invoices.

Approximately 10% of the total project
A single, transparent coordination fee — usually around ten percent of the total project value, adjusted for scale and complexity. It covers our time, our representation of you in Montenegro, partner sourcing, negotiation, contract review and full on-the-ground coordination from preparation through to the day itself.

Venues · catering · florals · transport · photography
Venues, catering, florals, music, sound, transport, photography and accommodation are invoiced directly by the partner or passed through at the negotiated price, with no markup from AEVA. Where partners offer us a professional discount, the saving is passed on to you in full.
A small refundable retainer secures planning time and confirms scope. Deducted from the final coordination fee.
Partner invoices are paid directly by you, on the partner's own terms, with full visibility.
Anything outside the original scope is discussed and approved in writing before it is added.

up to ~100 guests
A warm coastal or estate celebration with the people who matter most. We handle introductions, venue selection and on-site coordination; the rest is shaped around your taste rather than a predefined package.

up to ~20 guests
A small, deliberate ceremony at a private villa, beach or medieval setting. Ceremony, photographer, decoration and dinner — quietly arranged, kept personal, almost residential in feel.

100+ guests
A larger celebration at one of Montenegro's flagship addresses — a seaside resort, marina hotel or historic fortress. Coordinated kitchens, entertainment and a multi-day program for guests arriving from abroad.

for two
Vows exchanged against the Adriatic or in the mountains. A boutique stay, a private dinner, a photographer for a few hours. Nothing more than the moment requires.

Anniversaries, milestone celebrations, corporate retreats, multi-day private programs. Shaped from a conversation, not a template.
