In 2022, a single project brought us together. What began as a creative collaboration quickly revealed a rare professional alignment.

As we continued to partner on subsequent events, we realized we had found something exceptional: an identical benchmark for quality, a seamless workflow where words were rarely needed, and a completely harmonious rhythm of work.

Why AEVA

As the demand for bespoke and distinguished events in Montenegro began to grow, we recognized a vital need for direct, first-hand communication — the only way to ensure the perfect execution of every task.

AEVA was created as a platform to keep that conversation with our clients open from the very first message, allowing us to maintain absolute control over the quality of the process and deliver results that are as impeccable as they are exceptional.

With a background in premium fashion and years of experience managing complex projects, I combine a strong sense of aesthetics with the ability to make things happen.

Working closely with designers, artists, photographers, and creative teams has shaped my eye for beauty, detail, and atmosphere. At the same time, years of coordinating people, projects, and logistics have taught me how to solve challenges quickly and keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

I am known for finding solutions, connecting the right people, and making even the most ambitious ideas a reality. I enjoy bringing people, ideas, and details together. For me, the most rewarding part of any project is seeing every element fall into place naturally — beautiful, well-organized, and exactly as it was meant to be.

With extensive experience in hospitality and guest-focused service, I have spent much of my career working in international environments, travelling, and learning from different cultures, people, and ways of doing business.

After returning to Montenegro, I continued my career across a wide range of hotels, restaurants, resorts, and hospitality projects throughout Boka Bay and beyond. Being involved in openings, daily operations, and a wide range of events and celebrations gave me a deep understanding of how successful hospitality projects are developed and delivered.

Over the years, I have built strong relationships throughout the local hospitality community and developed close connections with suppliers, service providers, and industry professionals. I am known for helping people find practical solutions and making things happen when they need to.

For me, hospitality has always been about trust, clarity, and attention to detail. When someone is planning something important in a place they do not know well, they need someone who understands the local scene, communicates clearly, and can make things feel calm, organized, and under control.
